We aspire to help people make their connections... thus the name

Example on how it works:

We provide people with "Raw Energy" from our dance floor through the sound, lights, music & talents of others.

From this power source, people "Connect"
(i.e. a connection with a group who share in the same interest, a connection with another person,
with themselves or even with a higher power. A positive connection may also be a learning experience or inspiration.)

The next day, people return to their jobs, family and/or friends and use the connection they made from the dance floor - "The Creation"

The creation "Effects" other peoples lives.

The process continues when those people now use the "Connection" to "Create" and "Effect" others.

Many of you know the history of Circuit and our humble beginnings as a Cafe on Halsted Street, however, here is what we hope to accomplish in the near future.

First and foremost, Circuit will always be a club that gives back to it's community. Secondly, we hope to provide an environment for all types of people that will go far beyond what exists today... a club that not only looks good on the surface, but has substance behind it. We plan to accomplish this through state of the art sound, lighting, visuals, technology, talent and entertainment. Substance will come from several areas such as our on-going support and commitment to our customers and community, also... by having a social conscience, a responsibility which we take seriously.

In our opinion, we believe that peoples primary goal when going out isn't to get drunk, have less money in their pocket and to do damage to their body from alcohol and/or drugs. We feel that the real reason people go out is to make a positive connection. Possibly a connection with a group who share in the same interest, a connection with another person, with themselves or even with a higher power. A positive connection may also be a learning experience or inspiration. We aspire to help people make their connections... thus the name "Circuit".

If we can provide people with the safe and healthy means to make their special connection, then Circuit Nightclub will be making a positive difference within the club scene, within our community and most importantly, in peoples lives. By using the latest technology, we can send positive messages through the universal languages of music and artistic talent, first in Chicago and then hopefully throughout the world.

Circuit has been a huge supporter and donor for the Center on Halsted. A new multi-million dollar Community Center located conveniently across the street from the club.

Circuit has donated space to Power Construction, the contractor who is building the Community Center, which should be complete sometime in the summer/fall of 2007. For almost two years Power Construction has made their home in the north space of the club. After Power is finished with construction on the Center, the space at Circuit will be developed into a casual dining restaurant to compliment the club.

Circuit recently hosted a tag night to help raise funds for the Center and brought in Kevin Aviance to perform.

Circuit has hosted many fundraisers for the Center on Halsted. For several years now leading up to the opening of the Center, the annual Oscars benefit has been held at Circuit, including the 2007 Oscars event on Feb. 25th.

Circuit will host a Furniture Shower for the Center on Tuesday, April 10, 2007 from 5-10pm. What's a furniture shower? Just like a baby shower. Or a bridal shower. You will be able to view a list of requests and make a donation to buy the furniture needed.

Circuit's commitment to the community doesn't stop there. To see the many more organizations that are supported CLICK HERE: http://www.circuitclub.com/asp/3Community.html
